Everdure's all-rounder peel is ideal to easily launch, turn, retrieve, and serve hot pizza from your pizza oven.  The turning peel is made of stainless steel and offers a sleek design with perforations, ensuring steam can escape to achieve a crispy pizza base.

Note: This peel is not recommended to be kept inside the pizza oven while cooking, but rather used to launch, turn, and retrieve pizzas.  We recommend cooking the pizza on the stone inside the pizza oven.  If your pizza oven does not have a rotating turntable, cook your pizza evenly by turning it with the pizza peel.
